Who can apply
Black-owned businesses registered in Arizona with under $1M in annual revenue. Both established businesses and newer ventures with at least six months of operating history are eligible.
What strengthens an application
Reviewers look for a clear use of funds, current financials, and evidence of community impact. Letters of support from customers or partner organizations help.
Deadlines
