Jenifer Janniere – Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with SERHANT.

We began working with Jenifer early this year on our new build, and she exceeded our expectations at every stage. From reviewing and signing the initial contracts to touring homes, she consistently provided thoughtful guidance and honest feedback we truly valued. Jenifer joined us at the design studio, where we spent several hours finalizing details. Her background and eye for interior design were incredibly helpful, and she made what could have been an overwhelming process feel clear and manageable. When construction began, Jenifer took the initiative to visit the lot on the first day, capturing photos and videos so we could document the start of the journey. Throughout the build, she regularly checked in on progress with us, ensuring things were on track and addressing issues early when needed. Communication was one of her strongest assets. She stayed in close contact, followed up with the builder, explained complex details clearly, and took the time to research any questions she couldn’t immediately answer. Jenifer was proactive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our experience. We would highly recommend her to anyone building or buying a home.

My husband and I were referred to Jenifer by our close friends who were building their home with her, and from our very first call, we knew she was the right realtor for us. We immediately appreciated her open and effective communication, flexibility, transparency, and most importantly, her relatability. We’ve had previous experiences with other realtors, but none compared to working with Jenifer. She added tremendous value throughout our journey and made the entire process feel seamless. Her keen eye for interior design was an added bonus and provided valuable insight while searching for a place to truly call home. Thanks to Jenifer, we closed on our home in what felt like a very smooth and efficient timeframe. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, thoughtful, and dedicated realtor.

Jenifer was AMAZING! I have told my friends and family about her and the amazing support she provided during our house buying journey. She originally helped us find a rental property at the beginning of the year, and we enjoyed working with her so much that we reached out to her about 6-7 months later to ask her to help us buy a house. She was very knowledgeable and would always check in with us to make sure we understood EVERY step of the process. As a first time homebuyer, this process was stressful but my husband and I knew we could count on her. Thank you Jenifer!!!

I’ve known Jenifer for over 6 years. We worked at the same company where I got to see her talent as an interior designer. She’s very dedicated to her job and loves making places beautiful. I always told her when I buy a house I want her to decorate it and it finally happened. Jenifer helped my husband and I decorate our first home in California. We did it virtually since Jen is in Arizona. It was an absolute pleasure working with her. She was very knowledgeable in her field and helped us navigate our style and was patient with all our design furniture need. She helped us with layout, furniture and decor purchase. She helped us turn our house into our beautiful home. Thank you Jenifer. If you are thinking about beautifying your home then look no further and contact Jenifer. She won’t disappoint you.
