Going to Nikia is always a great experience! I started going to her a few years ago, first getting knotless braids a few times. I was always nervous to try getting silk presses again because of a poor experience with another hairstylist, but the silk presses from Nikia are amazing. 10/10 service every single time. I’ve never once had heat damage after getting a silk press from her and my hair feels so hydrated after. My hair has also seen growth with going to her, keeping up with my trims and my hair feels the best it’s felt in years. Would 1000% recommend going to Nikia!

I don’t like too many people in my hair, there’s no doubt about Nikia. I 100% 💯 trust her hands. I get compliments everyday about my hair. She was so kind and let me talk her ear off when I got hair done. I appreciate the talks advice she gives me. She not only a GREAT hairstylist but a good listener/ person. I moved to Phoenix in 2025. Nikia was the first place I tried, and she’s amazing. I don’t trust too many people with my hair. But I trust Nikia. Her craft is untouchable. She has a great work ethic. And she’s very personable. She cares about her clients. Her demeanor is cool. The vibes are great. You pay for quality, and that’s exactly what you get.

After coming out of a protective style, my hair was in need of some TLC. NiKia gave me a silk press and a cut to jumpstart my hair’s growth. She gave me advice to help me figure out which direction I wanted to go with my hair. Not long after the silk press service, I went back for knotless braids. GORGEOUS WORK! NiKia took her time and the finished product was absolutely beautiful. I’ve received so many compliments on my hair. I appreciate that NiKia includes a wash, braiding hair, trim, and touch up service. This saves me so much time! NiKia is a knowledgeable and talented stylist. She’s very calm, comforting, and easy to talk to. I’m very glad I found her and will be back!

Hair by NiKia did an amazing job on my son’s hair for his first visit! I chose her based on her work I saw on Instagram, and I’m so glad I did. She was very responsive from the start, professional, and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Her attention to detail really shows in her work. We will definitely be coming back!
