I so wanted to give a 5 star rating. But two major reasons prevented this for me. 1. Paying $160 (tip not included) for a mani/pedi seems quite steep. For resort rates (also over the top, IMHO), I suppose I anticipated a bit more. Admittedly, I have had very few mani/pedi experiences, but none have ever cost me this much for what essentially amounted to a basic manicure (only in the sense there were no add-ons ... just a natural short nail shaping, cuticle clean-up, and nail buffing) and a waterless pedicure. Please know both services were well done and I was satisfied with the end result. But ... almost $200 after tip ... no. 2. Within 12 hours of services rendered, my thumbnail snagged while I was changing my bed linens. As one can imagine, I was quite unhappy considering the cost of service. I sent a message to the stylist offering a photo of my nail and never heard back. At least acknowledge a customer's grievance. This is a crucial customer service skill and it goes a very long way. Overall, my experience here was a positive one. You will enjoy the services provided. Edit: I just received a message from CJ. It appears she never got my message and she offered to make the problem right. I let her know all was square and how much I simply appreciated a response. This bumped her up from 3 to 4 stars.

CJ is absolutely amazing! Since I started going to her, I have noticed such a big difference. My nails are stronger, healthier, and actually growing instead of breaking all the time. She truly cares about nail health, not just how they look. What I love most is her attention to detail. She takes her time to make sure everything is perfect, from shaping to polish, and it really shows in the final result. Her work is always clean, precise, and beautiful. She also creates such a comfortable and welcoming experience. You can tell she is passionate about what she does, and it makes all the difference. I highly recommend CJ to anyone looking for quality nail care. You will not be disappointed.

I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon. The atmosphere was incredibly tranquil, and my nail tech(CJ) was so calming and kind from start to finish. She took the time to explain in great detail what a dry manicure was, which I really appreciated. As someone who lives with a chronic illness, comfort is extremely important to me, and she truly went above and beyond. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and checked in throughout the appointment to see how I was feeling. I felt completely relaxed and cared for. She is absolutely someone I would recommend, and I’m already looking forward to seeing her again in 3 weeks

There’s not enough words in the dictionary to describe how professional and excellent CJ is! Her suite is clean, relaxing, and her sweet personality makes you feel like you’re meeting up with an old friend. My friends are constantly complimenting the nail sets she’s done for me and to quote my dad: “she has a surgeon’s precision when it comes to shaping and painting” my nails. Her attention to detail ensures the quality and retention of her work and I cannot recommend anyone better!

CJ is amazing!!! I have been to so many places and I have never found anyone like her!!! She will listen to you and give you suggestions and your nails come out so much better the expected. She has such a great personality and I enjoy my appointments with her. She speaks English and talks to you with such loving words. Beauty takes time and CJ will take the time and doesn't skip the fine details. She even gives you a warm massage that makes your hands feel so soft and smooth. I have found my for ever tech. Give her a try I'm sure you will feel the same!! See you in 2weeks CJ.
