I’ve personally had the pleasure of working with Aneezah twice while househunting and could not recommend someone more realiable and patient to get through such an important life milestone. The first time was in 2017 when helping my Mom look for a home. It was important to us to find something with a ground level master bedroom and space for family guests. Aneezah searched diligently for our specificiations within our budget and it did not disappoint. 9 yrs later and “grandma’s house”holds core memories of birthdays, weddings, and holiday celebrations. It is a hit with the family and in perfect Chandler neighborhood location - calm, quiet but close enough to access the major freeways. The second time was in early 2020 when transitioning from appartment life to my first home with my husband. Anytime we found something we liked we kept getting outbid and Aneezah pushed on and worked fast anytime something new came up within our specifications. The home we finally settled on was in a perfect location for both me and my husband to get to work, and had a lot of attractive features, but we had reservations - it seemed to have a very dark interior and the appliances and fixtures were not appealing. Aneezah gave us good insight on home value and what it would take to do the simple fixes and upgrades needed. Aneezah was with us every step of the way to ensure we made it to closing smoothly with keys in hand. And after a few weeks of DIY paint jobs and replacing small fixtures, the home was truly transformed into exactly what we were looking for. If we had lingered on the cosmetic features over the overall structural value of the house, we would have missed out on a perfect find. Most importantly, Aneezah not only helped us make informed decisions about the homebuying process to ensure our longterm success, but she took the time to ensure we found something that made us happy. Even if a home checked off all the boxes of being a good price, in a good location and being generally attractive - she didnt rush us and kept looking into options to make sure we really felt like what we settled on was really “the one”. And a MAJOR plus - were only a short drive away from Grandmas house :)!

We met Aneeza at an open house when we started looking at Scottsdale as a winter residence and our primary home . She was genuine, thorough and helpful in understanding our wants and budget. She very quickly started a search and within a week to 10 days we had zeroed in on a home . She started a thorough analysis of all aspects of our purchase and we made a bid that was countered . As we discussed the bid, she was skeptical of even the counter being a fair price so she had a professional appraisal done. It came in at a lower price as she expected , so we made and even lower second bid . . It was surprisingly accepted . She arranged an inspection that showed a need of a new flat roof covering and many new window replacements. She obtained quotes on both for us and we then asked for those additional concessions. That price was accepted and we closed the purchase within a month of the date we originally met Aneeza. We very highly recommend her for her overall knowledge and abilities to listen and then deliver
