As first time buyer I have no idea which is which, what is what. She was good in providing info and forms way before hand so you can review and expect what to come. Very straight forward. Then she gave me a organizer/timeline sheet on what to expect moving forward. Which all was done in timely manner and exactly what was on the sheet. I felt great with my experience with her and will be going back for my future real estate needs! Everything was presented according to my need and wants. Andrea was my realtor to help me find my first house and she did an amazing job. My criteria was minimal but my price range was very small. Andrea took me to see a dozen and a half houses before I found the one for me and she never complained about going to a million houses. She used her knowledge and expertise to talk to me about the money and paperwork side with me and was helpful in answering any questions I had.
