Katrina always has my hair looking fab with my silk presses! I'm so glad I've found a stylist that actually CARES about keeping my hair healthy. My hair has grown so much in the 1.5 years I've been coming to her AND she respects my time. From Day 1 with my consultation, she always gets me in and out. Terrible! Booking is a hassle, customer service is poor, stylist Katrina has the worst attitude and super unhelpful. They act like they dont want to service you. As a black owned salon in this city, you’d expect better, but of course with most black businesses, SUPER disappointing. Please learn about servicing your community. Horrible first impression and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
