Strait Bodied (Private Gym & Dance Studio)

I have been taking Xtreme Hip Hop classes at Strait Bodied for about a year and a half. The entire staff at this studio is awesome from management to the instructors. The studio offers a wide variety of options. While I mainly show up weekly for XHH classes, I have taken a couple others like trampoline and stretch. I always have a good time. The studio also offers a monthly membership for XHH classes which has been clutch for the amount of times I attend a week. I would highly recommend taking classes at Strait Bodied.

I've taken a few trampoline fitness classes here with a friend and I must say I cannot wait to get on a consistent schedule and get back in there!! Out of my 7 years in AZ, I've been dying to find a group fitness location I feel can comfortable in (regular gyms don't do it for me) a place where there's community, high energy, good music, a variety of classes, dance classes (this is my next mission to attend a heels and hip hop class), and again community !!!! Everyone we've encountered has been friendly and welcoming 🫶🏽 Strait Bodied, thank you for providing me the experience I've been longing for !! I'll be back sooner than later 🙌🏽
