Poor communication & overbooked. I called to become a new patient but wanted to know the cost estimate first. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was incredibly difficult and acted put out that I wanted to know pricing. They didn’t want to answer any questions and they kept telling me to call insurance. I had to call multiple times. I was told someone would call me back which never happened. Such a hassle to get basic information. I had already called insurance and they told me I needed all the codes that the provider bills in order to give a proper estimate. It was like pulling teeth trying to get the routine codes they bill for pregnancy and labor and delivery. The soonest appointment they had available is 1 month out and was taken within 15minutes. The soonest they have available now is 2 months out. I hope they treat their current patients better than people looking for a new provider. If you are looking for a new provider, steer clear of this one.

As an older woman who is more concerned with menopause issues than having a baby, I found Dr. Baldwin had zero interest. I specifically made an appointment to discuss the possibility to undergo HRT with my history of DCIS breast cancer more than 25 years ago with no recurrence. I made it clear the topic I wanted to discuss and the staff requested I provide all medical records pertaining to my breast cancer history. I went to great extent to get all records and called a few days ahead of time to drop off the documentation at the office but was told to bring it all to the appointment. When I arrived at the appointment, I was only able to meet with the PA who outright told me Dr. Baldwin said no to HRT. I asked some questions regarding more recent analysis of very old studies of HRT and breast cancer, which the PA could not comment. Basically, I paid the fee for the appointment that left me with the same questions as I had going into the appointment. The front office is lined with adorable baby pictures and thank you cards to the doctor. If you are an older woman looking for a menopause doctor, look elsewhere. In response to Dr. Bardin’s response— I did go to that office, however, she is correct that there are no baby pictures up. The doctor can look up my account and see that I have been there twice over the past few years. The last visit is the one I am posting about.

Very disappointed with the staff in this office not only did I speak to multiple staff i get a confirmation call 3 days before my appointment that they don't accept my insurance and in their actual website it especially says they accept it. Not only that I had this appointment for 2 months almost 3 months while pregnant! They received a referral and received my medical records and blood work and had me do their new patient paperwork. I called multiple times no one mentioned anything til now especially before the holidays is insane! DOUBLE CHECK YOUR INSURANCES with the supervisor so this won't happen to anyone else.

I want to start with everyone at this practice is super nice and friendly. My issue is that they seem to have too many patients to handle or they are over scheduled. I picked this clinic based off glowing reviews but Dr Baldwin wasn’t there for my delivery and most frustrating to me was that several times I waited over an hour past my appointment time in the lobby, then another wait in the exam room. I understand they have emergencies and deliveries and now are short a Dr. but these waits were even prior to her leaving. I feel they should call when they are backed up like this to push your appointment back or reschedule all together.

Dr. Baldwin is an exceptional doctor, and I am deeply grateful for her care. I credit her for helping me safely deliver my daughter. I was struggling with a high risk pregnancy and the MFM office was difficult to deal with - often giving me conflicting advice and changing my medication. Dr. Baldwin went above and beyond to take control of my care and gave my case time, attention, and compassion in a way that felt truly special for a busy doctor. My daughter is 19 months old now, and I think of Dr. Baldwin often. I feel if it were not for her, my daughter and I wouldn’t have fared as well as we did during my pregnancy and labor and I likely would’ve had another preterm baby. Dr. Baldwin truly is a gem. I’ll never forget her kindness.
