Very unprofessional and low standard salon. I booked an appointment for a wet pedicure and gel manicure. When I arrived the technician told me that the manager was not in and they specifically were not trained on a wet pedicure. They asked if would I be okay with a dry pedicure I said that would be fine. She explained that there is a price difference (the dry pedicure would be less) and what comes with the dry pedicure. Literally all she did was remove my previous polish, file my toes (never used a nail clipper or any other nail tool), she used a machine on the bottom of my feet barely and that was it! She painted my toes. I was so upset and unsatisfied I did not want to continue with the manicure and have them mess up my fingernails that I was working on growing out. When I left they still charged me for a manicure. When I reached out to them they refused to refund me for the manicure and adjust the cost for the poorly executed manicure. So essentially I paid for services I did not receive. I have include photos of the pedicure to show how poor of a job was done and the technician was satisfied with her work. If this is acceptable for their salon I will never return and recommend anyone else to find a different salon.

Nail Snob is exactly what downtown Phoenix needed! From the moment owner Cyd greeted me with a smile and a water, I knew I was in for a treat. The decor is stunning—very swanky, relaxed, and filled with beautiful flowers. Cookie totally saved the day by squeezing me in last-minute for a manicure and a flawless French fill. Everything is meticulously clean and sanitized. 10/10 recommend, and I’m definitely booking a Russian Pedicure for my next visit!

I booked a Gel-X stiletto set with Cyd, and she absolutely delivered.
I came in with a pretty detailed inspo, and instead of just copying it, she made it her own while still staying true to what I wanted. The execution was flawless, especially considering how intricate the design was.
The entire appointment was comfortable from start to finish. She checked in with me multiple times, made sure I was okay, and was incredibly gentle throughout, which I really appreciated.
I was also blown away by the length options. I always get Gel-X stilettos, but they offer lengths all the way up to XXXL, which I didn’t even know existed. It’s rare to find that kind of variety.
She also took the time to let me know (very kindly) that my nails had been left in rough shape by a previous tech, and adjusted her approach to make sure she was protecting my natural nails while still giving me the look I wanted. That level of care and honesty means a lot.
Her attention to detail is unreal, and you can tell she genuinely cares about both her work and her clients.
I will absolutely be back

Booked my daughter and I a wet pedicure the same day we arrived in town, here for a competition and didn’t have time to get one before we came. Here’s some honest feedback from someone who is in this industry.
I called to book the appointment and whomever answered the phone told me a time and then told me I could just go online to book. I fully understand by doing online booking you get someone to pay a deposit and read all of the cancellation policy, however for a new client I would have happily just given my info over the phone to make it easier on me personally.
We showed up early and they were able to take my daughter early which was totally fine. I wanted her to do regular polish because she is 10 and I hate having to take it off. I didn’t know she was given Gel until we checked out. They did rough up her cuticle quite a bit, she is 10 and didn’t speak up until it got to the soak part and it hurt. She then told the tech it was sore. I was also convinced to get gel because they didn’t have any pink or reds in regular polish even though I told the provider I don’t like taking gel off. So yes I settled because pink and reds are the only colors I do.
I have sensitive cuticles and the tech didn’t “hurt me” but I did bleed and noticed it mostly for the soak. You can see the blood against my cuticles still after everything was done.
My daughter’s polish is already chipped, if we had time to swing back by we would because I’m sure they would fix it.
Personally the best part of a pedicure is the scrub and massage. I got a very quick scrub and a quick lotion application. My daughter said she didn’t get the massage which is her favorite and because I wasn’t back there I’m not sure.
I saw several clients leave with stunning nails and think that this is their niche! I wouldn’t return for a pedicure. The chairs were comfortable and I truly didn’t mind their procedures for this, but would have loved to just have normal polish options and better scrub and massage. Everyone working while we were there was friendly and I believe maybe the owner sent in a treat of smoothie bowls for the team and as an owner myself I love seeing others being appreciated! The vibe was also really cool!

I left home (StL) and didn’t have time to get my nails done. So I googled nail salons. One salon couldn’t get me in so I moved on to the next. THANK GOD I DID!!! Nail Snob didn’t miss. They got me in last minute and did exceptionally well. And listen! I like good nails!!! The salon is nice, clean, friendly, and the ladies do an excellent job!!! Def 5 ⭐️
