Jerk chicken so good, I can quit smoking! Love Ms. Martha and her delicious food. Lamb and oxtail fall off the bone decadence in every bite. You want to taste comfort, you come here! Always friendly and professional. Wings to perfection, any sauce is amazing, but Calypso my favorite. Beef patties got me set for lunch every day

Upon entering it smelled like the sewer gas. I ordered jerk chicken dinner and a side of cabbage with the fresh tropical punch and a Ting. The meal was mediocre and all I was able to eat was the chicken and the plantains. The rice and peas the rice and peas were under cooked and the cabbage had no seasoning at all. The jerk chicken had spice but no flavor especially the smoke flavor. If I had to rate it I would give it a 2. Did not like the fresh drink either. And it was expensive too.

I had to return to Ms. Martha’s Caribbean Kitchen just to confirm the consistency, and it absolutely delivered. Having lived in Arizona for over 31 years, I can confidently say this is one of the best homemade Jamaican spots I’ve ever found. The oxtail is perfectly tender and juicy—never mushy—and packed with authentic flavor. Unlike other places, she serves genuine curry goat (not beef or lamb), and the portions are incredibly generous with the meat-to-side ratio. The sides, from the rice and peas to the vibrant steamed cabbage and fried plantains, are just as delicious. With exceptional service to match, this is officially my go-to spot whenever I’m craving a real home-cooked meal.
