I had difficulty communicating with this studio prior to my scheduled appointment. I made multiple attempts via phone, voicemail, and website chat, but responses were delayed or unclear. After notifying the consultant that I needed to cancel due to lack of confirmation, my card was still charged on the appointment date. My bank flagged the charge and it did not go through. I would not personally recommend booking a consultation here if clear and timely communication is important to you.
