I ordered meal prep from Mel’s Southern Kitchen, and it was amazing . The food was incredibly flavorful, and the meal plan was customized to fit exactly what I was looking for. This guy is a scam. I paid for a catering weeks ago in full. The day of the event he is 2 hrs late and shows up with frozen food that had been reheated and seasoned. He was supposed to do Cajun chicken wings and went to Walmart and got chicken sprinkled some paprika on it and served it to me and my family. Please do not make this jerk serious. He lies and will not follow thru on promises made.

We wanted something memorable for our graduation party, and this Cajun/Southern catering absolutely delivered. Every dish had authentic flavor and tasted homemade. The jambalaya was packed with flavor, and the mac and cheese, catfish, dirty rice, ribs, and sides were all favorites. Our guests kept going back for seconds and asking who catered the food. They made the entire event feel special and brought a real New Orleans-style atmosphere to the party. I highly recommend them for any graduation party, family gathering, or celebration.
