Glory doesn't return emails, got key info on my new policies wrong, refused to correct it before I signed inaccurate contracts, promised to correct it, and never did. AWFUL SERVICE. I'm literally on the phone locating a new agency so I can switch immediately.
UPDATE: In correcting my policy info when Glory wouldn't, I learned her errors increased my premium--she literally cost me money! I also learned this agency has a shady and likely illegal deal with Foremost that doesn't allow me to switch agencies until my renewal so, after fighting Foremost for an entire month, I need to already (2 months later) find a new policy just so I can officially leave this trash agency.

Debbie was efficient and easy to work with. She made a possibly difficult situation painless. She quickly responded to my inquiry for property insurance. Within a couple of days I could rest assured my property was covered. Thanks Debbie!
