Hunnie Butter

Hands down best dessert bakery in AZ! Yes, it's worth the hype and the line at opening! I've been by about 5 times this year so far and have had a variety of their sweets- all are fresh and phenomenal! They blew my mind so much that I ordered my custom birthday cake from Hunnie Butter! Jasmine and team were amazing with the communication, collaboration, recommendation and pricing. The cake exceeded my expectations and my guests raced about the flavor. Every piece was eaten! The best!

I found this place TikTok and the girl that made the video raved about the banana pudding. When I touched from Atlanta I called to see if they had any in stock since it was close to them closing and the owner said we don’t usually have any at the time of day due to it being so popular. Very nice customer service. So I said ok bet, I’ll wake up early and make the drive. Got there and there was a line. I’m like ok another sign that this banana pudding is going to SLAP. Placed my order and sat at a nearby table to eat it. Took the lid off and licked it and automatically said oh hell nah. The pudding tasted very similar to the vanilla snack pack pudding you’d find on the grocery store aisle that they have seasoned with cinnamon and other spices. I do appreciate how the bananas were sliced thinly but overall the pudding wasn’t that good to me 5.5/10. Our grocery store Publix back home sells one very similar to this and I eat it when I’m in a bind and out of convenience. This pudding is probably popular amongst the Phoenix community because there aren’t many shops that specialize in treats of this kind. Me being a southerner I have definitely had better. Their other treats looked really good and I enjoyed the music while I waited.

My husband and I got married at Tercero and they work with Hunnie Butter. When going in for our tasting, Jasmine (the owner) was a delight. She went out of her way to ask about us and provide delicious samples. Everything we tried was fantastic! The cake Hunnie Butter made for our wedding day was STUNNING and many guests complimented how delicious all of the treats were. 10/10 recommend!

Recently moved into the area and was craving something sweet. A friend recommend Hunnie Butter, so I stopped in for a couple things that ended up being my lunch. Service was friendly and fast. I ended up getting the Banana Pudding and Crunch Cheesecake. Both were insanely delicious! I used to bake and cater ice creams and custards, and it just shot me back into that time of my life where I had so many good foods around me the people I worked around. Very high quality dessert, definitely made with love. Will be my go-to place for my sweet cravings and highly recommend you try. Looking forward to my next visit and enjoying the different desserts they have to offer.

Truly one of the best bakeries in town! The kindest owners and staff, warm and inviting space, and knock out desserts! I ordered a custom cake for my mom’s 70th and from the moment I was contacted about details to when we picked up our cake, I was met with nothing but excitement and kindness. It’s the most beautiful cake I’ve ever seen and it was DELICIOUS. My pictures don’t do it justice. Our whole family was raving about it and my mom felt so special receiving it. I wish we lived closer so we could go more often! 10/10 recommend this place for a sweet treat or special event!
