Such a great surprise! The Red Strawberry Rhubarb Sangria was absolutely delicious! But the food was the real STANDOUT 🍽️ unexpectedly outstanding and packed with flavor. Kudos to the Chef👌🏼!!! I also loved the eclectic vibe and moody lighting, which made the whole experience feel cozy and unique. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

First time visiting with some friends and we were all impressed. The food, service, and atmosphere were outstanding from start to finish. We tried the mole pork chop, fish tacos, birria, desserts, and several drinks, and every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and packed with flavor. Chilte has a creative approach to Mexican cuisine that still feels approachable, and you can tell a lot of care goes into both the food and presentation. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality you're getting. This is one of those places where you leave feeling like the experience matched the cost. The atmosphere fits perfectly with the Grand Avenue area, surrounded by breweries, art studios, and local culture. Parking was surprisingly easy for a Friday night since there is free street parking nearby. Overall, a great spot for a night out with friends. We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

You can feel the story and creativity behind the menu, and it’s one of the few places where every plate genuinely feels memorable. Chris absolutely elevates the entire experience with the hospitality and drink program. Welcoming, knowledgeable, and effortlessly creating an atmosphere that keeps you wanting to stay for “just one more.” Alex continues to impress with some of the most unique and thoughtful cocktails around. Every drink feels innovative without losing balance, easily some of the best cocktails in Phoenix. And Erin upfront sets the tone from the moment you walk in. Warm, organized, attentive, and truly one of the best hostesses around. This team has built something incredible. Amazing food, amazing drinks, amazing people, the kind of place that reminds you why hospitality matters so much.

Chilte is a neighborhood spot for community, friendship, a unique cocktail or drink, and a creative bite. I’ve dined at Chilte multiple times now, and every time there’s something new to try — my favorite kind of dining experience! There are always menu staples that are on my “must order” list, but the rotating specials always introduce me to something I could have never imagined. What’s on my go to list? The sweet plantain, the mole de la casa, and the santa quesadilla. Pro tip — Always ask for an extra side of salsa macha 🔥 Chef LT and his incredible team bring so much personality, creativity, and community to this corner of the Valley. Chef focuses on his heritage, celebrating diversity, unique flavors, and local purveyors whenever possible. Their beverage leadership team makes some of the best cocktails, mocktails, and source incredible quality wines and liquors! By the way, don’t skip the dessert. Chef got his beginnings in pastry, and makes a killer sweet bite. If there’s a semifredo on the menu, you have to order!
