Went to get a haircut. Barber asked what I wanted I said i wanted a shave. He used two sets of clippers, no razor, and acted as if he did alot of work.

This actually isn't about their business. This is more actually about the Christmas activity that they held on 19th Street and Broadway. The problem is is that me and my family all got dressed up. We all showed up 2 hours before it ended and we got turned away as also other numerous families. I am a family of eight so it took me over an hour to get everybody ready. My kids were very excited to see Santa. We are very excited to hear that there was companies out there that were throwing this for South Phoenix and but only to be turned away was very hurtful and the kids are very upset. I don't know what kind of business you guys have but I know that if this has anything to do with how you run your business then I'm not impressed.
