ATL Wings

This is a rather late review but awhile ago I wanted my boyfriend to try this place out because I liked them in the past but we had a horrible experience. When we arrived, 45 minutes before closing, they were out of flats and fries. But they didn't tell us they were out of fries until AFTER I PAID! So I no longer wanted their food. When I asked for a refund, the guy up front said he had to make a call. While he was on phone, the other woman and man working we're snickering in the back and we're very unprofessional. When he came back he said his manager made the refund but I wouldn't see it for 2-4 business days. I don't understand why they couldn't give me a cash refund! And why are you taking people's orders when you're out of food?!! Anyways it's disappointing and we haven't been back.

every time I come, this place seems to get worse and worse. Today I decided to stop by for lunch hoping it would be better then the last time I came. We'll no it was not.... it was the worse ever.... I ordered online for pick up; let the pictures speak for themselves. I ordered 3 piece tender and what I received was a bowl of grease! Completely inedible!! The tenders were definitely not fresh.! Honestly very disappointed. Also I left with an empty cup of beverage... all Kool aid was empty... none of the soda dispensers worked. I will stick to Long wongs or Wing stop.

This place is a hit or miss it seems like by looking at all the other reviews, even by the local guides that reviewed this place. I do like to going to local spots instead of a chain, and at this current time this place did not meet expectation. If you look at the pictures from the other guides, you see some good food. But, looking at the fries and wings I received today, it looks like the oil needs to be changed or the food is over cooked. Again, like others that added a review, the tables weren’t very clean for customers, and employees just standing around. The customer service was lacking, even after I told them this was my first time in this establishment. ALT Wings management and owner. Please consider local businesses are important, and hope to see improvement in the future.
