i would love to actually be able to review this food truck, as their menu looks great. however, i booked them for a professional event and they never showed up. i booked them over a week in advance, and was told that they would show up at 4pm the day of the event (the event was scheduled for 5pm). at 4:30 they had not showed up, so i reached out to them. a man answered my call, and said he was in traffic and would not be arriving till 6pm (two hours late). i asked why he didn't call to let me know, and he made up a story that the traffic added 40 minutes to his trip. the math was seriously not mathing, as 40 minutes late = arriving at 4:40, not 6:00. i let everyone know that the event would be postponed till 6pm. a few minutes after i sent out the word that they'd be late, a woman from 3sixty macology called, and said their trailer got a flat! and that they would have to cancel. very interesting that they got a flat in the middle of standstill traffic. horrible luck!! (please detect my sarcasm). now i look unprepared when really, these people can't even keep their lies straight. would 100% not recommend!

Let me start out by saying the customer service received was excellent served with a smile unfortunately I cannot say the same about the mac and cheese. The mac and cheese I ordered was Cajun style. But once I tried the mac and cheese it just tastes like something I could have made at home and put a little Cajun spice on it. I will say it wasn't worth the $13. Unfortunately I would not recommend the food truck. I was extremely disappointed and I really enjoyed Mac and cheese. My daughter-in-law is mac and cheese was way better..
