Reggie’s Bar-B-Q

The website stated the business opened at 12:00 PM, yet no one ever showed up. Common courtesy would be to inform customers if you will be closed or opening late. There were at least five other people waiting as well, and one customer mentioned he placed an online order the day before, only to arrive and find the business closed when he went to pick up his food. No matter how good the food may be, customer service and communication are extremely important. Unfortunately, this was very disappointing and reflects poorly on the business.

Mr and Mrs Reggie were very hospitable and the food was amazing I got the turkey tips and wings with fries and Mac. The turkey tips tasted amazing you could taste the smoke from the wood that he cooks with & even though the fries had barbecue sauce on them they were still crispy. I was shocked and very happy about that. And let me tell you the macaroni and cheese was so good you could see and taste the cheese all throughout it. I appreciate you so very much thank you Mr and Mrs Reggie. And now we're ordering food for our airlines at the airport.

Absolutely amazing!! My mom had perch fish which not many places sell here. My husband had authentic Chicago hot links. He's been looking for hot links since we moved to Arizona 13 years ago! Not smoked sausage, but hot links baby!! I had rib tips and catfish!! Catfish was still crispy even after the long ride home. The rib tips were juicy and saucy 😋 Took me back home!! Thank you for bringing the taste of Chicago! We will return! Oh and I forgot my 4 Shasta Tiki punches but I'll catch you on the next one.

When I say Chicago is in the building, Chicago is in the building.I mean, if you love anything chicago food, please come here to Reggie's barbecue because you will not be disappointed.The food is from chicago tastes just like you in chicago and the attitude.The atmosphere, everything is chicago!! And I love it! They are right on the corner of 15th Avenue & Grant. Just follow the smoke signals, you won't be disappointed. The owners are so attentive to you and your needs. If they don't got something, they'll tell you immediately, so you won't have your mouth ready for something that they don't have. Or was sold out because it's just that good. Now make sure you make your way down to Reggie's barbecue.And tell Kathy and Reggie that Joy (TKG) sent you!!

The food was just okay. I got the hot link with fries and an order of potato salad. My guy got the fish and chicken combo. We love to support but I felt like I waisted my money😩 the wait time was so long it was crazy & the taste of the food didn’t match. A positive is they have great customer service! Give em a try and see what you think.
