BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! I rented this space bi-weekly for 3 hours on a Sunday afternoons for my events 4 times. This event space does not abide by state laws and does not abide by the contracts set in place by them. Completely unprofessional, owner cannot be reached 90% of the time. They breached their own contact, for an event that was being hosted on a bi-weekly basis. The owner cancelled the event 1 day prior to it taking place and required the ticket sales to go through her website.... the amount of the tickets she had in her possession was more than twice the amount it costs to rent the space out! There were presold tickets, so when she notified me the day before the event of "no longer needing my services" for my own event.... I moved the venue last minute. Incurred costs to secure a new place, she made the customers ask for a refund for their prepaid tickets! I of course could not charge my customer's again for a class they already paid for and the customers had to wait days for a refund... She told me she would notify the vendors and there was no need for me to notify them: (these are my vendors who I organized and hired for the event)!!! The event still happened at a new venue, I had to incur cost on last minute booking of the space I lost 2 vendors and multiple more business relationships tarnished, due to her lack of understanding state laws. The contract clearly states must provide 14 day written notice. However, this owner state it is her studio and she can do whatever she wants to do. She discriminates on how to charge per event space, there is not a set price, so she bases the price on biased reasons. She said her business model is hard to understand by certain people? She doesn't make everyone sign a contract, but also doesn't follow the contract when she does have one in place. She called me an employee multiple times, and due to her having prepaid tickets go through her website ..... she was taking 14 days to pay me for my own events! In the pictured screenshots she mentions the pay for 8/15… the screenshot date is 08/28, she was already 13 days past due for a prepaid event, as if I was her employee, I own my business and only use her for the event space….. so make that make sense? The event space is not cleaned before the event, so you will have to clean the space yourself if you decide to use it. She made it seem as though asking her to uphold her contract was a favor to us and an exception, that required it to be unfair to the rest…. Her only job was to provide the space for 3 hours and we as no further dates booked at this particular space, she did this on the last schedule event due to her biased ways of running this business against Fair Business Practice laws. Good luck if you rent this space out....

Amazing place run by an amazing person. You feel welcomed and loved as soon as you walk in. Positive vibes forever. And I totally want to go into all the wonderful details about the yoga class I take there but it's getting crowded so it doesn't need any more promotion lol. On the weekends it opens for hookah lounge until 4am, so some place to relax after the bar/dancing. 🖤
